The Purchase Process

As you browse through the catalog screens that display multiple items, you can click on any item to view its individual catalog page and then choose to add it to your personal Shopping List. After adding all the items that interest you to your shopping list simply indicate the desired quantities of the items on the list that you wish to purchase, click the button to begin the purchase, and follow the instructions on the purchase screens to complete the transaction. When a money order or check payment method is selected, the shipment will be delayed until receipt and processing of the payment is completed.

Your Security and Privacy

The information you provide when you register as a shopper will ONLY be used for purposes of purchasing and tracking of orders at Farm & Home Supply Center. We do not sell mailing or demographic lists of any kind and do not use cookies that in any way invade your privacy or follow your internet activities when you exit the site. Transactions are handled through secure server software and the credit card information you give is not permanently saved on our server. We only send email anouncements (and very few of those) if you opt to receive them. You may turn this option on or off at any time in your shopper account record. We have designed our site to be as fast as possible with most browsers and computer systems and it is our sincere desire to offer a quality place for you, our customer, to shop.

Returns and Refunds

Farm & Home Supply Center guarantees your satisfaction and therefore gladly excepts returns for any reason if requested within 30 days of purchase. However you MUST request an RGA (return goods authorization) PRIOR TO RETURNING THE PRODUCT so that your account can be properly credited (all credits will be in the same form as payment received). The RGA number should be printed very clearly on the outside of the package used to send the returned merchandise back to us. Items that are returned without an RGA number will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of issuing the RGA.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Credits will be issued when merchandise is received back in marketable condition. A minimum restocking fee of 10% (depends on condition) will be assessed if the product has been used. Credit is not given for original shipping cost except in the case of a defective product. We also recommend purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.

If there is a problem with your order that was our fault, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's UPS GROUND return shipping costs in the these situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid.

Under no circumstances will Farm & Home Supply Center reimburse any expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise.
